| HISTORY |
Máquinas Condor was founded by Mr. Ferdinand Kisslinger on February 23, 1959, in the city of Rio Negro, Paraná state, initially dedicated to technology development and the production of cereal mill equipment.
The company head office was transferred to Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, on December 19, 1963. |

| INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY |
From a small manufacturer of flour mill equipment Máquinas Condor developed into a traditional supplier of bulk solids handling solutions by developing systems and equipment with our proprietary technology, or sometimes together with our German partner Neuero Industrietechnik and Neuero Corporation in the United States.
Máquinas Condor designs, manufactures and installs mechanical and pneumatic equipment for the handling of bulk solids in sea and river ports, highway and railway terminals, factories, silos and warehouses.
A dynamic company, Máquinas Condor leads the technology innovation in the industry of bulk solids handling, ship and barge loading and unloading, and the reclaiming of bulk solids in warehouses and stockpiles.
The systems and equipment produced by Máquinas Condor are present in countries of Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, and in the main port terminals of Brazil as well.
The current dimension and solid economic and financial position of the company is reflected in leading edge equipment that is highly efficient and perfectly suited to the needs of our customers both in the agribusiness sector and port terminals. |

| STRONG PRESENCE IN BRAZILIAN PORTS |
In a partnership with PORTOBRAS and CACEX, Máquinas Condor implemented the Port Terminal Plan in Brazil aimed at updating Brazilian Northern and Northeastern ports by providing them with complete electromechanical systems for the loading and unloading of ships.
As the winner of PORTOBRAS tenders, Máquinas Condor was involved in a number of projects, including the supply of turnkey transportation and automation systems for the following Brazilian port terminals: |

Máquinas Condor industrial and management head offices are located at Avenida dos Estados 1383, Bairro Anchieta, Porto Alegre – RS.
Our facilities occupy a total area of 32.700m² of which 28.000m² are for manufacturing, and 16.000m², divided into two pavilions built.
Máquinas Condor, also has a staff of 22 design engineers, using computer tools of last generation "3D CAD systems."
There is PCP departments (Planning, Programming and Production Control), Quality Control, as well as a sector to "Project Management". |

| GUIDING STAR PROJECT |
|

|
Developed together with the Clube de Regatas GuaÃba, of the city of Porto Alegre, the Estrela Guia Project is aimed at promoting the physical and moral development of youngsters from 12 to 16 years of age through the practice of sports.
Its principles are based on a five-pointed star:
• Values
• Physical motor skills
• Ecological awareness
• Integration with the community
• Popularization of paddling and canoeing |

The Project currently has 48 participants meeting twice a week to develop two hours of daily activities. The participants are trained by a coach and two trainees and have transportation to and from school. Good school performance is a basic requirement. |

| HAPPY CHILD PROJECT |
|
 |
This project is developed in a partnership with the Associação Atlética Juventus, a soccer school located in a popular neighborhood of Porto Alegre. The project is a social work involving children of up to 14 years of age to allow social integration through sports. Participation in the project requires good school performance.
More than 150 children are currently attended by the institution and train every week. |
