Using the filter fully eliminates the emission of dust, enabling the use of this equipment in port areas requiring severe environmental protection.

The filter developed for the Multiport allows the bag set to be easily accessed, without having to remove the cover. The self-cleaning system includes a turbine which injects the air collected from the filter (with the same temperature and density) thus avoiding water condensation and the subsequent clogging of the bags.

While the boom is lowered to the ground, the Multiport offers a considerable advantage for the inspection and repair of telescopic tubes, flexible joints, pulleys, winch cables, projector, etc. This feature eliminates the use of cranes and the danger of working in high places. Additionally, if offers extra safety in case of high winds.

With capacity to handle up to 6 tons, the tugger winch is mounted on the boom proper, and enables bobcat motion. It speeds stowing cargo in holds when the unloading is being completed, thus eliminating the need to use an auxiliary crane.
